You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Our educational materials, roadmaps, tutorials, notes, guides, and resources are provided for informational and learning purposes only. We do not guarantee: examination results, employment opportunities, internship placements, career outcomes, or absolute technical accuracy at all times. Roadmaps and cheatsheets are licensed strictly for individual, non-commercial educational use. Scrape-bundling or repackaging them for sale under another brand is prohibited. Users should independently verify critical information.
Job postings, internships, hackathons, events, seminars, and courses displayed on the platform may originate from third parties. Syntax Syndicate acts as a referral aggregator and is not a party to any contract or registration agreement entered into between the user and any third-party organization. We do not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of every listing, and are not liable for losses arising from third-party interactions. Applying or registering requires you to be logged in; clicking apply redirects you to external sites at your own risk. Clicks are tracked via apply_clicks in your user metrics. Opportunity suggestions exclude college-specific resources if academic-association flags are set. Pending listings and admin previews are restricted to authorized reviewers only.
Premium services may include paid features, subscriptions, digital resources, templates, codebase downloads (Premium Projects), and premium archives. All purchases are subject to the pricing, billing cycle, and auto-renewal terms displayed at the time of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntax Syndicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Our total liability to any premium member shall not exceed the total membership fee paid by that member in the immediately preceding billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or premium offerings at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in harmful or unauthorized conduct, or bypassed access restrictions. Upon cancellation or termination of premium status, all access to premium libraries and codebases is immediately revoked.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
